A measure of how easily alternating current flows in a circuit. Admittance is the reciprocal of impedance. Admittance (Y) can be expressed as a complex number,Y=G+jB. The first terms or real part is called conductance and is denoted as G. The second term or imaginary part is called susceptance and is denoted as B, it is expressed in mhos.
